In an effort to improve patient engagement and optimize their digital infrastructure, a healthcare provider sought to enhance their patient portal’s functionality and performance. The existing system, which relied on fragmented APIs and lacked a unified security layer, was struggling to meet growing patient demands for speed and accessibility. By leveraging a Single Page Application (SPA) and implementing an Aggregation/Proxy API, the provider was able to not only streamline performance but also enhance security and functionality.
